The starting price includes boiler supply and fitting. Your fixed scope and final price are confirmed in a free quotation after we assess the installation.
The boiler model, a change of position, flue work, gas pipework, controls and work to the existing heating system can affect the total. We’ll set out what is included before you commit.

Combi boilers
Often chosen where hot water is supplied directly by the boiler without a separate storage cylinder. We assess whether the hot-water performance suits your household.
System boilers
Work with a separate hot-water cylinder. We consider stored-water demand, available space and the existing installation.
Regular boilers
May suit an existing system with a separate cylinder and feed arrangement. We assess replacement or conversion options rather than assuming one type fits every home.

How much is a new boiler supplied and fitted?
Our boiler installations start from £1,600 including supply and fitting. The final price depends on the appliance and installation requirements, confirmed in your free quotation.
Is a gas safety check the same as a boiler service?
No. They are different jobs. A safety check assesses safety, while a service follows the appliance maintenance requirements. Tell us if you need both so the appointment includes the right work.
Do you provide gas safety certificates?
We provide gas safety checks and the relevant records, including landlord gas safety records. These relate to gas appliances; a heat pump does not receive a gas safety certificate.
Can you repair my boiler rather than replace it?
We offer fault diagnosis and repairs as well as replacement. The condition of the appliance, fault and parts availability help determine the options.
What should I have ready when I enquire?
Your postcode, boiler make and model, any displayed fault code, and whether heating, hot water or both have stopped working. Do not remove the boiler casing.
